For over 8 years, Openbook Howden have been the graphic design and printing experts behind the Nazareth Catholic Community Yearbook. Through this long standing relationship, we have always been extremely pleased with the quality and professionalism of their service.
All the staff at Openbook Howden are always willing to go above and beyond to meet our requests and deadlines. Each year they do an incredible job in managing the yearbook project. We are a large Catholic community with many different facets that need to be properly reflected and acknowledged in our yearbook. Therefore, it is important for us that we work with people who are not only professional and trustworthy, but who provide accurate, prompt and polite service, and who appreciate our needs. We really value the team at Openbook Howden for their patience, particularly through the proofing process as we make changes. We are most grateful to them for this, as not all companies would manage this process with such courtesy and understanding.
In all projects we do together, dependability is a key word we would use to describe our relationship with Openbook Howden. We can always rely on the team at Openbook to have our printing completed on time, even despite some slim deadlines. The sales staff at Openbook are also always willing to offer their help in any way they can; from offering their suggestions on how to achieve our outcomes, to stopping by our offices and collecting proofs and discussing our printing needs. This wonderful level of customer service we have found extremely helpful.
Our Yearbook is a publication that the Nazareth Catholic Community are most proud of. Each year, we celebrate it as an achievement of beautiful work done by a team we love working with. We greatly appreciate all the effort and care that is given by the team at Openbook Howden, and we very much look forward to working with them for a number of years to come.
